Disable Ad Blockers for Cashback Tracking

Software or settings preventing Cashback

We can only activate and track your Cashback if we know where you’re shopping. Some software and settings may prevent ShopBack from activating your Cashback, for example:

  • Ad blockers
  • Content blockers
  • Cookies
  • Privacy software and settings
  • Protection software and settings
  • Security software and settings

Ad blockers and content blockers

Follow the instructions for each of the ad blockers you’re using. You may need to enter https://www.shopback.com.au/ and the store's website address (URL) to include in the allowed list of the ad blockers, or disable your adblocker when you start shopping with ShopBack.

Content blockers on mobile

Disable content blocking on your iOS device:

  • Go to Settings and select Safari
  • Select Content Blockers
  • Turn off all content blockers
  • Start your shopping trip from ShopBack website again to make sure Cashback is activated
