Why was my withdrawal rejected or adjusted?

You encounter this issue when you see an unexpected change in your withdrawal status. Your withdrawal may have been adjusted or rejected and you don’t know why.


What you can try

Check your bank details

Your withdrawal may have been rejected because the entered bank details weren’t correct. Make sure you’ve entered your bank account number, not your card information number.

Clarify the reason for adjustment

In very rare cases, we may have adjusted the Cashback amount or status because your Cashback qualification may have changed.
