Ultimate Gift Card Issues

My Ultimate Gift Card is showing the error message "Your eGift could not be retrieved at this time. Please try again later."

Once your Gift Card has been registered, you will no longer be able to access it through the "See Voucher" link.

You would have received an email with a subject line along the lines of "My Prepaid Centre Card Registration Success". Open this email and click on "Retrieve Card". If you don't have access to this email, please refer to the next section.

I deleted/did not receive an email with the subject line along the lines of "My Prepaid Centre Card Registration Success".

Please visit https://www.ultimategiftcards.com.au/contact-us/ or contact au.customerservice@bhnetwork.com for them to resend the email. In your message, you will need to include the link for the Ultimate Gift Card you are having issues with and the email address you used to register the Ultimate Gift Card.

Instructions for obtaining the link (Buyers)
  1. Open the ShopBack app.
  2. Go to Purchases and click on "See Voucher" for the Ultimate Gift Card you are having issues accessing.

  3. Click on the share icon at the top right corner and copy the link.

  1. Open your Gift Card.

The checkout/store is not accepting my Ultimate Gift Card

Your Ultimate Gift Card is essentially a prepaid Visa debit card which is only accepted at participating stores, and cannot be reloaded. Stores are subject to be added/removed at any time without prior notice. Please check your relevant Gift Card's most up to date participating stores on the Ultimate Gift Cards website (some stores may accept the Gift Card in-store only, others online only and others both in-store and online).

For online purchases, unless you used the exchange service, ensure that you are entering your gift card's details in the Debit/Credit card section, and not the store's gift card section. Online stores cannot perform split tender payments, so the amount of the purchase needs to be less or equal to the value of the card.

For in-store purchases, ensure you've added your Ultimate Gift Card to your Apple, Google or Samsung Wallet, advise the cashier you'd like to pay with a debit/credit card (not gift card) and pay accordingly with your phone. Stores can perform split tender payments in-store within one transaction, so you may pay any remaining amounts with another payment method.
