ShopBack Plus Membership Terms & Conditions

ShopBack Plus is a membership program that allows you to receive exclusive deals and benefits subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Fee

1. You will be notified of the fee payable for all available plans at the time of sign-up.
2. Payment of the fee will be made upfront via the mode of payment specified by ShopBack from time to time as determined by the relevant plan and by ShopBack at its absolute discretion.
3. If any amount of the fee payment fails, ShopBack reserves the right to terminate your membership, and you may need to sign up again to receive benefits.
4. Once the fee has been successfully paid to ShopBack, it is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation/termination, there shall be no refund of any of or any part of the fee payments/deductions made.
5. ShopBack reserves the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust the fee at any time. Unless communicated otherwise, price adjustments shall take effect on the next billing period.
6. The fee shall also include any applicable GST.

2. Sign-up periods

1. By signing up to ShopBack Plus, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into an auto-renewal programme.
2. In the event ShopBack Plus were to offer a free trial, the free trial begins at the moment of sign-up and is valid for the specified free trial period or as amended by ShopBack from time to time. The free trial may give you access to all or a portion of the benefits available to full members and may be cancelled at any time.
3. If you do not cancel your membership before the end of the free trial period, your membership will automatically renew and the applicable fee will be charged or deducted from the nominated payment method.
4. ShopBack will automatically charge the fee in advance on the last day of the then-current billing period, until and unless you cancel your plan, change your payment method or ShopBack suspends or terminates your membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing the cancellation link in your account. ShopBack will not make any partial or full reimbursements for payments made prior to the expiry of the next billing period.
6. ShopBack Plus membership shall commence from the date your application is approved, until such time that your membership is terminated. You must cancel your plan before the expiration of the specified billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged at the then-current fee.

3. Membership

1. No physical membership cards will be issued.
2. Your membership is non-transferrable and you shall not share it or any of its discounts, promotions, rewards or other forms of preferential offers with other users or third parties.
3. The deals, discounts, promotions, rewards, offers and other benefits of the membership program will be amended from time to time. ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the ShopBack Plus membership privileges and the associated terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. ShopBack may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer additional discounts, promotions, bonus rewards or other forms of preferential offers to specific customers from time to time. The use of any such ad hoc offers is subject to its then-current terms and conditions stated therein.
5. ShopBack Plus benefits should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes and not be abused or misused. ShopBack may terminate your membership and access to benefits if ShopBack reasonably determines in its sole discretion that there has been abuse or misuse of ShopBack Plus benefits, or in the event that you have breached any of these terms and conditions.
6. ShopBack reserves the right to reject any users from signing up for ShopBack Plus, including users who are using modified devices or have unauthorised or modified apps installed in their devices.

4. General

1. In the event of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the ShopBack Plus membership plan, ShopBack’s decision shall be final and binding.
2. Your use of the ShopBack Plus membership plan and its benefits is subject to the applicable terms of service as published from time to time on. ShopBack reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion.
