1. Can I request a refund?
If you'd like to request a refund, please reach out to Customer Support Team here. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and subject to a 10% processing fee unless otherwise stated on the voucher however the request needs to be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.
2. Can I extend my voucher after it expires?
Unfortunately, no. The validity of vouchers cannot be extended past their expiry date.
3. What happens to my Cashback if I cancel/refund the voucher?
Your Cashback will be Rejected in case your voucher is expired, cancelled or refunded.
4. When can I get my refund?
Successful refunds will take 2-3 working days, and will be credited in the form of Cashback, minus the processing fee.
