I did not get my In-Store Cashback. What's wrong?

In most cases, you should receive a Cashback notification a few seconds after paying at an In-Store partner with a linked credit card.

If you have paid and haven't yet received a Cashback notification, don't worry just yet – some bank cards can take longer (up to 7 days) to track your Cashback.

If your Cashback isn't tracked even after 7 days, it may be missing for one of the following reasons:

1) Your credit card may not have been linked to your ShopBack account before making the payment. In such cases, Cashback cannot be awarded because there is no way for us to track your payment.

2) Cashback will not be tracked or awarded:

(i) if the credit card used for payment is unlinked from your account within 14 days of the transaction
(ii) when using a Debit card, EFTPOS card, SMP, Mastercard gift card, and Visa gift card
(iii) for large groups and event bookings
