How will I know my Missing Cashback request status?

Once the investigation has concluded, you will be notified via email the result of the investigation.

You can also check the expected date when the claim will be resolved.

1) Go to your "Cashback Overview".


2) Find your Missing Cashback claim and you will see the expected date when your claim will be resolved.


Alternatively, you can view your Missing Cashback investigation status in your ShopBack account at the Cashback Activity tab!
