To request for remittance advice for your withdrawal, you can directly do this from your withdrawal history page.
Simply click on Cashback Overview, select withdrawal history, find the transaction that you require the remittance advise for and click on "Need Help"
Once you have clicked on 'Need Help", proceed to select the option for "Check payment status" or "Get proof of transfer". Our team will then reach out to you via email with the remittance advice in no time!
