I did not receive the one-time password (OTP), what should I do?

There are several reasons you may not be receiving the OTP including location issues, device issues or even network traffic.

Please try again in 10-15 minutes after the first request, or move to an open area with a strong internet and network reception. If the problem still persists, contact us at help@shopback.com.au and we will help you sort it out!
