Click here or click on the “Forgot Password” link at the login page.
You will be redirected to the "Verify Account" page where you will receive a 6 digit code sent to your phone number(if you have registered it to your ShopBack account) or your email's inbox(if you don't have a registered phone number).
Then, proceed to set your password(it must be at least 8 characters long, and a mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers).
Alternatively, if you are already logged in and would like to change your password, click here and you would be able to update your password there.
If you are on the ShopBack app, tap on the user icon at the top right of the screen beside the notification bell, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on 'Change Password'.
