I no longer want to use Facebook to log in. What should I do?

You can change your ShopBack account login from using Facebook to an email address and newly set password. To do so, please reach out to our friendly customer service teams at help@shopback.com.au, we would be glad to help you further. You can also chat with us via our Live Chat Feature here and we are available from Mon to Fri, 11.30AM - 7.30PM AEDT.

Do note that once your account has been de-linked from Facebook, your ShopBack account could not be linked back to Facebook.
